Refund & Return Policy

At Sparks & Noises, every physical product is custom-printed just for you at the moment you order it. Because of this personalized nature, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Physical Products (Apparel, Mugs, Accessories)

  • 7-Day Reporting Window: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please email sparks.noises@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Once we verify the issue within that 7-day window, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

  • Size Exchanges / Change of Mind: Because products are made-to-order, we do not currently offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or "change of mind." Please refer to the size charts on each product page before ordering.

  • Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Digital Products

  • No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital downloads (stickers, patterns, quotes) are final and non-refundable.

  • Technical Issues: If you have trouble downloading your file, email sparks.noises@gmail.com and we will ensure you receive a working copy immediately.
